Artisan Breads are made the old fashioned way, from scratch, hand formed and made with the best ingredients available. Our flours are unbleached and unbromated and we use no preservatives. Our breads and pastries are made every day unless otherwise noted. We encourage special orders and we need 3 days notice for most of those, mainly because we need that time to ensure the  appropriate amount of starter for our breads.
